- Proceed with the rest of your order and exclude the unavailable item(s).
If a refund is due, we’ll issue it promptly—usually within 30 days—back to your original payment method.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All orders must be paid in full before dispatch.
- Any bank charges for payments to us are our responsibility. Charges related to currency conversion or international payments are yours.
- Exchange rates shown on our site (if applicable) are for guidance only.
- Payments must be made without any deduction, counterclaim, or set-off.

You are responsible for ensuring that your order complies with local import regulations and for covering any import taxes or duties that may apply in your country.
7. Returns & Cancellations
As you’re purchasing by mail order, you may be entitled to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it. The following conditions apply:
- You must notify us within 14 days if you wish to cancel.
- This cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, including any artwork created using your own image or custom specifications.
- If eligible, goods must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging.
- Include your delivery note or order number inside the parcel.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item arrives safely.
- We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging. If items are returned damaged, they remain your responsibility to claim via your courier.
Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within a few working days.
8. Site Content & Intellectual Property
All content on Get My Art, including designs, images, text, and layout, is owned by us or our content partners. You may not copy, reproduce, or redistribute any part of the site or its contents for commercial use without written permission.
You may download or print content for personal use only, provided all copyright and trademark notices remain intact.
