• This cancellation does not apply to custom-made or personalised products, including any artwork created using your own image or custom specifications.
  
• If eligible, goods must be returned within 30 days in their original condition and packaging.

• You are responsible for the return shipping cost and ensuring the item arrives safely.
  
• We cannot accept returns for items damaged in transit due to poor packaging. If items are returned damaged, they remain your responsibility to claim via your courier.
  

Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within a few working days.
